Terms, content policy and privacy

One position on the board, priced by what you pay. $5 is the minimum for any slot, and taking #1 costs $5 more than the current #1. Equal bids rank behind the one that paid first.

You are charged once. The placement holds until someone pays more than you did, at which point you move down the board rather than off it. Nothing expires on a timer, and nothing renews.

Being outbid is the product working, not a fault. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, how long you stay at any position, or that the board stays online forever.

No adult content. No gambling. No illegal goods or services.

No malware, phishing, or links that redirect somewhere other than the site you listed. No impersonating a company or person you are not.

No misleading claims, fake urgency, or fake endorsements. The link has to go to a real page that matches what the ad says.

You need the rights to every image, clip and word you upload. If you do not own it, do not put it on the board.

Your ad goes live as soon as payment clears. Nobody approves it first, so publication is not approval and never implies your ad was checked or accepted.

Every placement is reviewed after it goes up. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice and without explanation. A listing that breaks the content policy above is removed without a refund, and repeat attempts can be refused outright.

Removal is immediate and permanent. The listing leaves the board, its uploaded image or clip is deleted from storage, and the slot is not reissued to you. Our decision on whether something breaks these rules is final.

All payments are final and non-refundable. That covers every case: being outbid, changing your mind, getting less traffic than you hoped, and having a listing removed for breaking the rules above. You are buying a position on the board as it stands, not a result.

We may still refund at our own discretion. Nothing here obliges us to. If a payment is refunded or charged back for any reason, the placement comes down with it: the ad never outlives the payment that bought it.

Sites listed on the board are advertisers, not partners. We do not check, endorse, or take responsibility for what they sell.

What you typed into the bid form: headline, tagline, link, and any image or clip you uploaded. Uploaded files are held by Cloudflare R2.

Your bid amount, Stripe’s payment references, and the email address you gave Stripe at checkout. That email is how we reach you about your placement, and we do not sell it or send marketing to it.

We use it to tell you when your position on the board changes, which happens when someone buys a slot above yours. That is the only mail a placement generates.

Card details go to Stripe and never touch this server. Stripe holds the payment record under its own privacy policy.

Two cookies, both first-party: one marks your browser as counted in the daily visitor number, the other keeps an admin signed in. No third-party analytics, no ad trackers, no cross-site profile.

Live ad content stays on the board while the placement does. Payment records are kept afterwards, because refunds and disputes arrive against them.
